10 oz Lamb Loin cleaned & small diced
1/4 broccoli small chopped florets & peeled & small diced stalk
1 Tbs chopped oil cured black olives
1/2 tsp chopped anchovy
1 Tbs basil chiffonade
1 Tbs chopped oven dried or sun dried tomato
2 tsp aged balsamic
2 Tbs EVOO
salt & black pepper to taste
1 baguette
Mix everything in a bowl except balsamic, salt, pepper & oil. Combine vinegar with salt & pepper to taste then add oil & mix in bowl, taste for seasoning & adjust as needed. Slice baguette & toast & serve with tartar.
