Nicholas Stefanelli is the executive chef at Bibiana, one of the top Italian restaurants in D.C.
Stefanelli trained locally at the L’Academie de Cuisine in Gaithersburg, MD, and apprenticed in kitchens up and down the east coast before drawing raves as the executive chef at Bibiana. In 2010, DC Modern Luxury Magazine named him the ‘Chef of the Year,’ and the Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington awarded him as the year’s ‘Rising Culinary Star.’
